The Hastelloy C22 Tube Fittings are made up of alloy C22, a super-alloy consisting of nickel, chromium, and molybdenum that are solid solution strengthened. Due to its chemical composition, the Hastelloy C22 Hydraulic Tube Fittings possess excellent resistance to oxidation. The Alloy C22 Compression Fittings also come with some great mechanical properties over a wide temperature range. However, the temperature should not go above 1250 degrees F, or there is a possibility of the formation of embrittling phase.
The Alloy NW 6022 Instrumentation Tube Fittings material is generally provided in annealed conditions, and they can be cold worked to enhance their strength levels. The ASTM B564 Alloy C22 Ferrule Fittings can be both hot worked and cold worked, but they work hardens rapidly.
